Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including the contiguous U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation once it ships.

Shipping Costs and Methods

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and the shipping method you select. Standard and expedited options are offered where available.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after processing; expedited shipping typically takes 2–3 business days. These are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also view your order status and tracking information from your account.

Shipping Delays

Severe weather, carrier delays, and high-volume periods (such as holidays) can occasionally affect delivery times. Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier facility first. If the issue is not resolved, contact us at hello@bycamilaquintero.com and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.

The Digital Course

The “Professional Nail Mastery” course is delivered digitally — there is no physical shipment. Access is granted through your account immediately after successful payment.
