All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes and shipping, which are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment processor at the time of order.
Pricing Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount charged, or to contact you for instructions before shipping.

Note: This is a comprehensive policy template covering U.S. federal consumer-protection standards, written to apply nationwide. The bracketed [State] placeholders should be completed with the business’s actual state of registration, and this policy should be reviewed by a licensed attorney before the store accepts real orders.
